From 2016 the owner, Michela, decides to change course, leaving behind the "bacaro" that Osteria da Carla was in the last 30 years.
Now with the help of her son Giacomo and the motivated young team, she can bring a note of innovation and freshness on the restaurant’s city scene.

There is also the desire to renovate the concept of classic “osteria”, trying to arrange and remodel the spaces of a typical venetian building, trying to find a mix between ancient and modern, in total harmony between innovation and tradition.
